Winchester Heritage and Planning
Winchester Heritage and Planning is managed and run by Elaine Walters following over 29 years in Local Government Planning and Heritage roles.
Qualified with a first degree in Town Planning and a Master’s degree in Historic Building Conservation, Elaine has been a full member of the Royal Town Planning Institute since 1995.

Being a small practice helps to ensure that customers receive a personable and efficient service. The planning process can be difficult to navigate and I am focused on meeting deadlines while striving to exceed the client’s expectations.
By combining the customer care skills from my experience in Local Government and by utilising the wide network I have gained in the Planning and Heritage fields, I am able to provide a comprehensive service that achieves the best possible outcome for the client”.
